ECO APIARY PHILOSOPHY

• Produce authentic, natural raw honey and apiary products 
• Run environmentally safe, efficient and sustainable small apiary operation;   
• Design and build beehives, frames and boxes that create a natural environment for healthy bees where feel comfortable and exactly as if they live in the environment created by nature;
• Build our beehives using 100% recycled wood and other materials such as recycled water-based paint, stains, and insulation materials, thus eliminating waste of wood products and saving forests;
• Let our bees feed themselves with honey they produce by leaving enough honey in hives for winter seasons, ensuring that bees live healthy lives and working efficiently. Healthy bees and bee colonies mean quality honey and apiary products.
• Harvest honey in the second part of August to ensure that our honey products heave completed vitamins and natural healthy components package to benefit the consumer 
• Our beehives are built according to the "thermos" principle enabling our bees to maintain the best possible steady, natural environment inside hives to maximize their development and growth in summer and keeping warm during winter. 
  This ensures fast, natural and efficient rejuvenation of bee colonies in springtime, which is critical to the strength of colonies. Our bees live on livestock farms, where they pollinate flowers. They harvest nectars, pollen, propolis (also known as bee glue) and bee bread from wildflowers instead of genetically modified plants. This ensures the top quality and authenticity of our honey products.

• use any chemicals, antibiotics or additives for the treatment of our bees;  
• support or add any artificial sugars or modify our honey products in any way;
• disrupt the environment for bees or the ecology in any way;  
• feed bees any artificial sugars syrups, supplements or antibiotics
• heat honey, modify the structure, quality of honey or apiary products, nor add any syrups or preservatives. 

• Real authentic and organic honey has no expiry date. 
• Real authentic/organic honey was found in Egyptian pyramids. It was in the original form. 
• Only artificial or modified "honey" and "honey products" have an expiry date as they contain additives that cannot be part of real authentic honey harvested by bees. 
• Any additives to real honey destroy its quality and authenticity and cause honey to ferment after certain periods of its storage. 
• Our apiary is a prime example that clearly shows that bees produce the best possible honey & apiary products when they live in their natural conditions created by God despite harsh winters and other natural environmental factors.
